Boxercise is an amazing and hugely effective workout that focuses on all the major elements of fitness in the body.

  • Improve your Cardio Fitness

This workout is structured in such a way that keeps in interested and moving all the way through so that you get the maximum benefits, i.e. calorie burning, continuous improvement in fitness.

  • June varies the classes with a mixture of:
  • Boxericse
  • Pure Cardio Training
  • Interval Training
  • Circuit Training & Drills
  • Sparring
  • Specific Core Strength

Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level and you will see your fitness level improving week by week.
