The Yoga Room is a purpose built health centre, located in the beautiful and friendly village of Ratoath, Co Meath. Although Yoga is the core theme and practice, with a combination of classes ranging from all levels of Hatha Yoga to specialised classes for expecting Mothers. Our centre will also offer a full range of associated classes and treatments, including:

• Massage Therapy

The 1st October 2 pm is the official opening of the The Yoga Room. Please feel free to drop by, there will be a great atmosphere and a chance to meet lots of new people that share a common interest in Health.
